Begin your morning by adding a few drops of the oil onto the lava stones from Amalie Rosalie, for example in the bathroom, and experience how you can start the day with renewed energy. You can also use it to refresh yourself after a long and tiring day.

Create a pleasant, aromatic atmosphere in your home by using the oils as needed—you may choose to use different scents in different rooms. The lava stones absorb the oil and slowly release the fragrance, making it both an aesthetic and natural way to bring essential oils into your home.

"Energy and Boost" is ideal for providing an aromatic uplift during the workday or before engaging in physical activity. It can also be used in massage oil to create a refreshing effect. This blend helps you feel revitalised, uplifted, and ready to face the day’s challenges with renewed energy.
The oils can also be incorporated into your wellness or skincare routines, for example in a foot bath or mixed with Amalie Rosalie Nature Oil, which is completely fragrance-free.

About the product:
Add 3–5 drops to a full bath.
Add 2–3 drops per 100 ml when mixed with another oil, for example for a DIY scrub or a nourishingbody oil.

Essential oils are highly potent and must not be applied undiluted to the skin. If the oil comes into contact with the skin undiluted, rinse immediately with water. In case of skin irritation, wash with water and discontinue use of the product.
